Vinca Deluxe Phinisi에서의 photography expedition은 진짜로 perfect한 조화였다. 특히 Crystal Rock에서의 early morning dive는 빛이 수면을 스치는 순간, 모든 게 정지한 것 같았다. 그 장면을 capture하기 위해 drone shot을 띄웠을 때, 파도 소리와 카메라 셔터 소리만이 공존하는 고요함이 압도적이었다. 우리는 Batu Bolong 근처에서도 스노클링을 했고, 산호와 청록빛 물빛이 너무 선명해서, 마치 다른 행성에 온 기분이었다. 객실은 master suite로 배정받았는데, 오픈 에어 컨셉이라 매일 아침 자연의 소리와 함께 눈을 떴다. 디자인은 현대적이지만 전통 목재 느낌을 살려서 고급스러움이 과하지 않았다. 다만, 와이파이가 약간 불안정해서 외부로 사진을 전송할 때 약간의 지연이 있었던 게 유일한 아쉬움이었다. 하지만 승무원들이 포터블 SSD 백업을 도와줘서 큰 문제는 없었다. 4박 5일 itinerary는 적절했지만, 한 번 더 일정이 있었으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들 정도로 빠져나오기 힘든 experience였다.

Padar Island로 향하는 해돋이 크루즈에서 보는 풍경은 마치 지구의 끝 같았다. 붉은 절벽과 투명한 바다가 어우러진 풍경은 말로 설명할 수 없고, 사진으로도 전부 담을 수 없을 정도. 우리는 Manjarite 비치에서 점심 피크닉을 했고, 신선한 그릴 생선과 열대 과일이 제공되면서도 전혀 무거운 느낌이 없어 몸이 가벼워지는 기분이 들었다. 전반적으로 service는 discreet하면서도 섬세했고, 특히 티 테라피와 해시계가 있는 휴게 공간이 인상적이었다. 유일한 소망은 와이파이가 조금 더 강했으면 하는 점뿐. 하지만 그 덕분에 우리는 진짜로 디지털 detox를 경험할 수 있었다. 다음엔 1박 더 추가하고 싶다.

Celebramos nuestro 15º aniversario a bordo del Vinca Deluxe Phinisi, y fue sin duda uno de los viajes más bien curados que hemos hecho. Desde que subimos al yacht en Labuan Bajo, el equipo —discreto pero anticipado a cada necesidad— nos hizo sentir en un verdadero sanctuario flotante. Nuestra master suite, con su tono de madera cálida y baño en mármol travertino, tenía ese balance perfecto entre lujo sobrio y autenticidad. El itinerario tocó Sebayur Island y Crystal Rock, y ambos fueron revelaciones. En Sebayur, el snorkel entre bancos de fusiliers y mantas fue casi cinematográfico —nuestro guide incluso nos consiguió un drone shot que ahora enmarcamos en casa. Crystal Rock, con sus corrientes suaves y visibilidad infinita, fue un regalo para mi esposa, apneísta entusiasta. Lo que más valoramos fue la quietud del barco: solo seis cabins, así que nunca sentimos aglomeración, incluso durante las puestas de sol en el upper deck, donde servían cócteles asiático-mediterráneos con toques de lemongrass.
