Malam pertama, kita berlabuh di dekat Kalong Island. Watching thousands of bats fly out at dusk? Surreal. The silence before they emerge, then this wave of wings — feels like nature’s own show. Snorkeling di Bidadari Beach keesokan harinya juga solid, waternya tenang dan clear. I appreciated how the menu included Batak spiced tuna — nice local touch. Kabin cukup nyaman, meskipun headroom agak rendah buat saya yang 180cm. Tapi itu minor. Yang penting, vibe-nya sangat authentic — no forced activities, just space to breathe. Cocok banget buat yang ingin escape from mental clutter.

Die Ratana Phinisi bot den idealen Rahmen für unsere kleine Wellness Retreat-Gruppe aus sechs Freunden. Bei 30 Metern Länge fühlt sich das Schiff überraschend intim an – die vier Cabins sind clever angeordnet, sodass Privatsphäre garantiert ist. Unser Tag in Rinca Island war wild und intensiv – neben Komodowaranen haben wir auch einen beeindruckenden Drone Shot von den Klippen aus gemacht. Abends dann Rückkehr zur Ratana Phinisi für eine private Yoga-Session auf dem Oberdeck, gefolgt von einem leichten Nikkei-Dinner. Was besonders auffällt: die Balance zwischen Aktivität und Regeneration. Wir hatten etwas mehr Zeit in Pink Beach gebucht, um zu entspannen – der Sand dort hat tatsächlich diesen roséfarbenen Ton, der auf Fotos fast surreal wirkt. Lediglich die Dusche in meiner Kabine hatte einen leichten Druckverlust, aber die Crew reagierte sofort. Das Niveau des Service ist discreet, nie aufgesetzt. Für anspruchsvolle Reisende, die Wert auf einen ruhigen Rhythmus und authentische Momente legen, ist die Ratana Phinisi schwer zu toppen.

Celebrar nossos 15 anos a bordo do Ratana Phinisi superou qualquer expectativa. O clima íntimo do barco — com apenas quatro cabines — tornou o experience profundamente pessoal. Navegamos de Long Beach até Kanawa Island, onde passamos uma tarde inteira flutuando entre tartarugas e raias. O sunset no deck, com champanhe e música ambiente em volume ideal, foi straight out of a dream. O quarto, embora elegante, poderia ter um pouco mais de armazenamento — pequeno trade-off frente ao design impecável. O que mais marcou foi a forma como a equipe antecipou necessidades sem ser intrusiva: perceberam que estávamos comemorando e organizaram um jantar privativo na praia de Padar Island, com tochas, mesa montada na areia e um menu personalizado. Não foi over the top, mas exatamente o equilíbrio certo entre romance e simplicidade. A vista de Kanawa do segundo andar ao amanhecer rendeu um drone shot que vai direto para o nosso álbum de casamento. Ideal para casais que buscam profundidade, não ostentação. Pertama kali turun di Crystal Rock, saya langsung speechless — ikan-ikan berwarna-warni, soft coral movement, semua hidup banget. The crew provided top-tier gear, dan briefing-nya sangat clear. Mereka tahu spot terbaik untuk masing-masing level. I stayed close to surface, sementara others went deeper, dan tetap feel safe. Malamnya, dinner di deck dengan candlelight dan sea breeze — conversation flowed so naturally. Kabin saya simple tapi elegant, with excellent storage. Yang sedikit kurang: charging ports di kamar kurang banyak, jadi harus plan gadget usage. Tapi honestly, itu kecil banget dibanding value overall. I returned with better photos and a calmer mind.
